Locker Auctions Upcoming Locker Auctions Aardvark Storage Systems utilizes the Missouri Self Storage Owner's Association Rental Agreement and follows the Missouri Lein Laws with regard to delinquent accounts. When an account is seriously past due and despite our best efforts a particular customer does not make the payments the Rental Agreement and our Payment Policy specifies, Aardvark Storage Systems follows Missouri Statutes to auction the contents of the locker in order to recover the amont of rent past due.
